Pre-Notice of Race
1. ORGANIZATION
The Barcelona Royal Nautical Club, on behalf of the Royal Spanish Sailing Federation, with the sponsorship of Puig, is organizing the Puig Vela Clàssica Barcelona 2027 regatta, which will celebrate its 20th anniversary, for the following categories: Gaff-Rigged Vintage, Bermudian Vintage, Classic, IOR Classics, Big Boat, Modern Classic, 12M JI and 15M JI boats.
2.PLACE AND DATES
The Puig Vela Clàssica Barcelona 2027 regatta will take place in the waters off Barcelona from July 7 to 10, 2027.
3. REGISTRATION
3.1 Registration willbe processed through the event’s website.
3.2 The registration fees for the regatta are as follows:
- For boats shorter than 12 meters: €380
- For boats with an overall length of between 12 and 14.99 meter: €480
- For boats with an overall length of between 15 and 19.99 meters: €580
- For boats with an overall length of between 20 and 22.99 meters: €680
- For boats with an overall length of 23 meters or more: €950
Boats that pay the entry fee in full before March 1, 2027, will receive a 10% discount on the entry fee.
(Rates are exempt from VAT in the case of invoices for natural persons or companies that are not registered in Spain and which have an intra-community VAT number).
The Organizing Committee limits participation to a maximum of 60 vessels.
4. PROGRAM

5. BERTHING
Registered boats participating in the races will be provided with free berthing, excluding utilities, at the Royal Barcelona Yacht Club between 1 July and 31 July 2027.
Berths provided by the organizers during the above-mentioned dates will be used under the sole responsibility of the Owner or Skipper of each participating boat..
